At that time, I was having issues with a company doing a small but important renovation which had been dragging on for some time and I thought that the quality of work was less than standard. I contacted Vince and he promptly came over to look at the work. With one glance, he listed visible problems like the structure not being level, drywall improperly installed, corner beads missing etc. He recommended a total rebuild which she proceeded to do, very quickly.
